Achievement
She is famously known as the Star Chef of the (PBS 2005) culinary series, ‘The World is my Oyster”, and more recently, Simply Susy (OSN Living HD 2018).
She authored ‘Mangia’, a cookbook with recipes that she had created for young students of SCAD (Savannah College of Art & Design) in Savannah, GA (USA). This cookbook became one of Susy’s special projects as she described her upbringing, her journey into the fascinating world of culinary art, all backed with wonderfully delicious recipes.
Amongst the many awards she achieved for her restaurants, she was awarded with the very first ‘Outstanding Contribution Award’ by Time Out Bahrain for her accomplishments in the Kingdom and abroad in 2015.
