Food is for the body what art is for the soul and I wanted this wonderful connection to be very tangible in my dishes, in my restaurants. I want my cuisine to be relevant, to be memorable for the guests, I want them to travel with me through the journey that brought me here and to be who I am….

I cook with the same generosity that chefs and artists share, both food and art are created with abundance and abandon till your heart is content and filled. I’m a very strong believer and supporter of an all-round organic & sustainable approach to food and life “from farm to table” that creates flavors that will linger in your memory…
