Chef Susy built a reputable background in the world of culinary. Looking to broaden her journey, she spent ten years in the USA, where she opened and managed a number of stand-alone restaurants. With her Signature Flight Catering Co. in her restaurant portfolio, she had the opportunity to many well-known US politicians, film stars, directors as well as international Heads of States.
Moving on to her Middle Eastern experience, her five-star work repertoire includes Sheratons & Radisson both in the UAE and in Bahrain. She was the Personal Chef to the former Prime Minister of Qatar when she was given the unique opportunity to create Masso, a unique fine-dining contemporary Italian restaurant in addition to The Orangery, a Middle Eastern influenced Café, Tea Room & Patisserie. Her latest food venture in the Kingdom of Bahrain is Fishbone at Novotel Al Dana Resort, a Mediterranean Trattoria and Seafood restaurant.
Khobar in Saudi Arabia is her latest adventure and Eat’sy a brand-new concept Chef Susy is developing for the 1st quarter of 2018
Truly in love with her new home, the Kingdom of Bahrain, Chef Susy participates in numerous local charitable and social interest initiatives both with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism as well as with local suppliers in order to promote ‘Farm2Table’ and ‘Eat Local’ food culture.
